Who we help

Care for the way you live and work

People come to us for different reasons. Whatever yours is, we tailor assessment and treatment to your body, your goals and your day-to-day demands.

Desk workers

Long hours at a computer can contribute to neck, shoulder and lower back discomfort. We assess how you sit and move, and provide hands-on care and practical strategies for your workday.

Tradies and physical workers

Physically demanding work places repeated load on the body. We help you manage work-related aches and strains and support your capacity to keep doing your job.

Gym-goers and athletes

From training niggles to sport-specific injuries, we assess and manage gym and sports-related concerns and support your return to training and competition.

Older adults

We support older adults to stay active and independent, adapting assessment and treatment to your circumstances, mobility and goals.

Parents and busy families

Lifting, carrying and juggling family life can take a toll on your body. We provide care and self-management advice that fits around your routine.

People recovering from injury

Whether an injury is recent or has lingered, we assess what may be involved and work with you on a plan for treatment, rehabilitation and return to activity.
